Marquee offers individuals who are interested in investing in real estate the opportunity to obtain a short term loan through the Sapphire Blue Program.

Marquee will only assist select individuals who are qualified according to our set of guidelines. Once you have qualified Marquee will loan money to the individual, usually with security for a short term, to help you on your way with investing in a money making property. The individual will be bound by a contract and although many of the terms of the loan will be specific to each individual loan, it will give the borrower a chance to earn a profit in the real estate market. Only serious individuals need apply as the selection process is quite thorough and intensive.
