Is financing available on the properties?

We are currently in discussions with two major banks in Mexico to allow financing to Canadians through Mexican banks, which will allow us to pass on to you, lower deposits, very competitive interest rates, and less hassle when purchasing properties in foreign markets.

What kind of fees may be associated with the purchase of properties?

As always there will be fees associated with the purchase of your new property, some of these may include: Tax, legal fees, broker commissions. There may also be other fees or taxes payable by the purchaser depending on where the property is located. We strongly advise you to research and perform due diligence on your prospective property as well as obtain legal advice before purchasing any property.

What do I do if I see a property I would like to purchase?

Once you have found a property you are interested in you would then make an offer to purchase to our company, if the offer is accepted you will then be required to make a deposit to our attorney's held in trust the amount will depend on the conditions outlined in the purchase contract, once the deposits have been made you will usually need to obtain financing from a lending institution for the balance owing on the property once deposits have been deducted. Finally you will need to use an attorney to finalize all of the purchase documents and make sure everything is in order. Marquee will advise the purchasers as to where to complete these procedures but recommends the purchaser obtains their own legal advice to carry out this transaction.
