Marquee Developments Ltd (Marquee) is an international corporation, duly incorporated in Calgary, Alberta with offices in Canada, Mexico, and the U.S. operating in the industry of real estate around four key divisions: Retail, Asset Management, Development, and the Financial Services.

• In the Retail Division we sell vacation properties and primary residences to individuals and families. We also develop projects in key locations with corporations in the real estate or hospitality industries. With the objective to establish a growing group of satisfied customers we put great attention to pre and post sale services. These services include but are not limited to obtaining finance with internationally recognized lenders, assistance with local government requirements, and other completing and augmenting services and products.
• The Asset Management Division purchases and rents properties in desired locations globally such as apartment buildings and office buildings. Through this division we create an increasing asset base that appreciates and produces reoccurring income on a monthly basis with a consolidated return or increase in value which is significantly greater than what is offered by financial institutions on standard savings accounts. Having such assets and returns are key factors in attracting individuals to invest with us in this division.
• In the Development Division we purchase undeveloped parcels of land in which we have a competitive advantage through our international contacts, or undisclosed knowledge about future developments. Based on best return to shareholders we have the option to resell the lands at any stage of development up to and including completion.
• In the Financial Division we provide consulting services and financial aid such as short term loans to selected individuals that wish to invest in the real estate industry mainly in what is called the ''fix and flip'' sector.
